Ten net birdies were on the winning scorecard of Ida Jane Huggins and Lema Townsend in the NGL Ladies Fourball Betterball as the Wellingborough duo triumphed with 43 points at Peterborough Milton GC.
Northampton’s Helen Brownless and Linda Sherry (42) finished second on countback from Ellen Steel (Overstone) and Pauline Kendall (Wellingborough).
