LPGA Tour Championship

Charley Hull completed her season on the LPGA Tour with another decent performance as she finished in a tie for 15th place in the LPGA Tour Championship at Tiburon GC in Florida.
The Kettering golfer will have mixed emotions about the result after posting a bogey-free 69 on the opening day, before moving into contention on day two when she carded five birdies and an eagle three on the 17th hole.
However, the 22-year-old, who won this title two years ago, never fully recovered from a double bogey on the following hole, as she then went on to post scores of 72 and 73 over the weekend to finish off the pace.
Hull will take the positives from a consistent year that saw her claim 18th place in the 2018 LPGA Order of Merit to be the highest ranked British golfer, and second best European, in the standings.
