MacLaren is Ace on LPGA Tour

Meghan MacLaren had the thrill of bagging the first hole-in-one in her career as she finished in 22nd position in the ISPS Handa Women’s Australian Open at The Grange in Adelaide.
The Wellingborough professional, who carded scores of 73, 69 and 73 on the first three days, found the bottom of the cup at the eighth hole on the final day as she went on to shoot a brilliant bogey-free round of 67.
In an event won by USA’s Nelly Korda on 271, MacLaren’s county colleague Charley Hull struggled for consistency as the Kettering golfer carded an opening 75, posted a six-under-par 66 on the second day, before finishing with 74 and 72 over the weekend.
