Joseph Joyce, Susan Joyce, Richard Briggs, Pat Briggs, Edward Roderick and Denise Roderick were the team to beat in the Mixed Competition at Wellingborough.
With a score of 51 points, the side finished one ahead of Rod Gibbs, Carol Gibbs, Andrew Woods, Fran Woods, Graham Thompson and Liz Waine.

Gerry Cummins, Alan West and Arthur Duthie were the winners of the three most recent 11-hole Seniors Eclectic Stablefords at Priors Hall.
Cummins had the best total (23 points) and biggest winning margin (two) as he led the way in week three, while West and Duthie both carded 21 to top the standings in the next two competitions by a single point.

Ian Tinto never looked back after parring the first four holes in the first Stableford competition at Stoke Albany in January as the 15-handicapper finished one ahead of John Conlon with 41 points.

Peterborough Milton’s January Mid-week Stableford witnessed a one point success for Dave Holbrow (36) from David Gregg and Mark Arber.

Linda Simpson, Lis Pryke and Margaret Preece were dancing for delight at Kettering after winning the January Fun Waltz competition with an impressive tally of 71 points.

Renny Wadsworth’s team came out on top in the Rushden Texas Scramble as the quartet’s score of net 56.8 was too good for Jon Newsam’s side.
