ANA Inspiration & Ladies European Tour
Charley Hull’s participation in the next event on the LPGA Tour remains in doubt after she was forced to pull out of the ANA Inspiration last week when she developed mild symptoms of COVID-19.
The world number 28, who needed to go into isolation after getting the unfortunate news just two days before the first US major of the season, is now unlikely to play in the Portland Classic.
Fellow Wellingborough professional Meghan MacLaren, meanwhile, recorded her best finish on the Ladies European Tour since lockdown as he claimed a share of 18th place in the Swiss Ladies Open at Holzhausern.
MacLaren, who enjoyed some valuable competitive action during the Rose Ladies Series during the summer, made the cut with two scores of 70, before carding a closing round of level par 72.
