NGL Hollingsworth Trophy

Northants County got the 2021 NGL Hollingsworth Trophy off to a thrilling start as they defeated Peterborough Milton 3-2 in a tight contest in Group B.

Although Paul Harris and Daniel Roberts recorded a comfortable win in game four for the hosts, the result remained in the balance as all the other four ties went the distance.

County’s James Dunkley and Joe Quinn took the opening match, but Milton responded with a couple of battling wins, before Andrew Billson and Andy Castell sealed the home victory down the closing hole.
