Peterborough Milton B progressed through to the semi-finals with a home whitewash success against closest Group B rivals Northampton B.
After losing 4-0 against the same opponents a week earlier, Milton showed their determination to avoid a repeat result as points from Charlie Pearce, Emily Horsted, Megan Chandler and Ellie Horsted confirmed top spot.
Collingtree Park proved too strong for Wellingborough at home as they recorded a 4-0 victory in Group D, thanks to wins from Jensen Parfitt, Mason Geddes, Jody Parfitt and Ellie Harmer.
Northants County still top the standings but will now be overtaken if Collingtree triumph at Wellingborough in their remaining match.
