NGL Scratch League

Peterborough Milton’s Scratch League winning campaign ended with another good result as they secured a 4-4 draw away to Northampton.

After clinching the title with victory at Wellingborough the previous weekend, Milton showed their qualities again on their travels to extend their unbeaten run to four matches.

Jacob Williams (8&6) and Adam Scott (5&4) secured two big wins early on, before further points from Chris White and Tom Burgh, both on the 17th hole, earned a share of the spoils.

Third division champions Brampton Heath were unable to complete their campaign on a high as they lost 4-2 away to Rushden, for whom Ian Wills, Steve Kempson, Daniel Freeman and Brian Mitcham bagged the points.
